The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, Snowflake SQL, enterprise data integration, data warehousing, systems analysis, and analytics platforms. This role requires designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable ETL workflows, integrating data from multiple enterprise systems, supporting Tableau reporting environments, and delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality data engineering solutions aligned with enterprise reporting and analytics objectives.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS Acquire, transform, validate, and integrate enterprise data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF, and other enterprise sources Develop high-performance Snowflake SQL scripts, transformations, and scalable data models supporting analytics initiatives Support Tableau reporting, business intelligence, and enterprise data visualization initiatives Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise data engineering solutions Perform testing, troubleshooting, validation, optimization, and performance tuning of ETL and data integration processes Create technical documentation including data mappings, workflow diagrams, specifications, and technical artifacts Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, agile teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery lifecycles Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, PII, and PHI standards and requirements Support CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and version control processes using GitHub and GitHub Actions Develop Python automation scripts and support REST/SOAP service integrations when required Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools including Snowflake Cortex, Informatica Claire, and related technologies where applicable Additional Responsibilities Support enterprise data warehouse, analytics, and business intelligence modernization initiatives Assist with performance tuning and optimization across Snowflake, ETL, and integration environments Contribute to architectural discussions and scalable solution recommendations Support interoperability, data integration, and enterprise web services initiatives Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and best-practice recommendations to project teams Required Skills Minimum 8+ years of Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica IICS development experience Minimum 8+ years of ETL design, development, automation, and enterprise data integration experience Minimum 8+ years integrating enterprise data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF, and similar sources Minimum 8+ years of Snowflake SQL development and query optimization experience Minimum 8+ years of Systems Analyst experience supporting analytics, performance management, or data warehouse environments Strong experience with enterprise data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and analytics systems Strong technical documentation, system diagramming, Visio, and enterprise data mapping experience Strong software development, testing, troubleshooting, and code optimization skills Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and JIRA-based delivery processes Knowledge of healthcare data environments and handling PII/PHI data preferred Experience with Python scripting, REST/SOAP services, GitHub, Java, JavaScript, and MuleSoft preferred Familiarity with AI-assisted data engineering tools including Snowflake Cortex or Informatica Claire preferred Qualifications Prior Healthcare or Health & Human Services (HHS) industry experience preferred Experience supporting enterprise BI, analytics, and visualization platforms preferred Experience working with cloud-based enterprise data engineering platforms preferred Local Austin candidates only required (within 50-mile radius) Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Certifications Agile/Scrum certification preferred Snowflake certification preferred Informatica certification preferred Tableau certification preferred
