If you have experience working with mechanical systems and enjoy building high-quality equipment, this opportunity is for you.As an Assembler, you will play a key role in building complete units and subassemblies by following detailed specifications, blueprints, and established procedures. This position is available for both 1st and 2nd shift schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components into complete units or subassemblies according to specifications and internal standardsPrepare and set up materials and components for welding or brazing based on blueprints and shop practicesFit, align, straighten, and inspect parts before and after welding or brazing processesLayout and assemble systems including motors, tanks, pumps, drives, heat exchangers, vaporizers, piping, valves, and gaugesMeasure, cut, bend, and route tubing in accordance with technical drawingsOperate a variety of tools including hand tools, grinders, drills, saws, tube bending and flaring equipment, and pipe threading toolsEnsure accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the assembly processWork Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular use of gloves and required PPEHearing protection required in high-noise areasAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
