FP&A ManagerFull Remote$130,000 – $150,000 base + bonusWe’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed fintech company to identify a strong FP&A leader who can step in and truly own the function alongside the CFO.This is not a traditional FP&A role. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of planning, forecasting, reporting, and insight generation in a dynamic, transaction-driven business.The company has scaled rapidly and is at an inflection point where they need a high-caliber finance professional to bring structure, accuracy, and forward-looking insight to FP&A.What You’ll Do:• Own FP&A end-to-end — close, forecasting, annual planning, and executive reporting• Partner directly with the CFO as a true extension of finance leadership• Build and refine FP&A processes, cadence, and reporting structure• Deliver accurate, reliable outputs with minimal oversight• Translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions• Support a transaction-driven revenue model (payments / fintech) including forecasting and performance analysis• Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers across the organizationWhat We’re Looking For:• 6–12+ years of FP&A experience with increasing ownership• Proven experience owning full FP&A cadence (not just supporting pieces)• Strong executive communication skills — able to present insights, not just numbers• Experience working closely with CFOs or senior leadership• Strong modeling and analytical capabilities (Excel required; Hyperion/Essbase a plus)• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other transaction-based businesses is highly preferred• Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment with ambiguityWhy This Role:• True ownership — you will run FP&A, not just contribute to it• Direct partnership with the CFO and high visibility across the business• Opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function• PE-backed growth environment with potential future transaction exposure• High-impact role influencing strategy and decision-makingLocation:Full RemoteIf you’re looking for a role where you can step up, own FP&A, and have a real impact on a growing business, we’d welcome the conversation.
