QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, hair care, or skincare industries, with proven success and strong analytical skillsExperience working with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadorsProven experience developing successful brand strategies and campaignsStrong understanding of beauty industry trends, particularly in natural and textured hair careExcellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient in digital marketing platforms, including social media and content management toolsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent English skills, with prior experience in North American marketsBenefitsPay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 9 per weekResponsibilitiesThe Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, and strategizing to drive brand growthThis individual will collaborate with other team members to maintain the brand's identity, while continuously innovating to engage new and existing audiencesDevelop and execute a long-term brand strategy to enhance Gorgeously Beautiful’s presence in the beauty industry and strengthen its identityShape the strategic and execution vision for Marketing and Brand communications across key marketsLead the ideation, development, and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, web, PR, etc.)to drive awareness, engagement, and salesDevelop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and materials to increase brand visibilityEnsure consistent brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints, including digital, and social media platformsCollaborate with stylists, educators, influencers and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between education, marketing, and brand strategyConduct market research to stay ahead of beauty trends, identify consumer insights, and assess competitive positioningAnalyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvementGather consumer and market insights by analyzing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing, and distribution to drive innovation planningPlan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and marketing campaignsEnsure all constituents fully understand the brand’s long- and short-term innovation goalsWork closely with the digital marketing assistant to align branding with online content, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for better performanceIdentify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators to increase brand visibilityDevelop cross-functional partnerships with stylists, educators, and influencers to ensure strategic alignmentBrand Metrics & Reporting:Track and report on key brand metrics such as awareness, engagement, market share, and return on investment (ROI) for campaignsSupport and lead reporting of marketing initiatives to determine the most efficient awareness and usage drivers, optimizing across channelsPrepare detailed reports on marketing performance and share insights with the teamHandle brand reputation management and mitigate PR crises by providing proactive solutions and communication strategies
