Key Responsibilities:Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprintsInterpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate assemblyCut, strip, and crimp wires and connectors with precisionInspect completed harnesses for quality, accuracy, and safety standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiencyCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issuesRequirements:Proven experience in wire harness assembly or related electrical manufacturing rolesAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsProficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and wire cutting equipmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationBasic understanding of electrical safety proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
