As a Neuro ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to critically ill patients with neurological disorders, injuries, or post-surgical needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and specialized nursing care to patients admitted to the Neuro ICU. Monitor and assess patients' neurological status, vital signs, and overall condition with acute attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation according to established protocols and standards. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
