You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and organizational change—translating strategy into action, navigating complexity, and ensuring measurable outcomes. This role is both a thought partner and execution leader, championing a global-first mindset and integrating hybrid delivery approaches to balance speed, value, and risk. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactTranslate enterprise strategy into structured, executable program plans that deliver measurable value and drive business transformationGuide and support multi-disciplinary teams through the entire program lifecycle, ensuring delivery of initiatives, epics, and projects within scope and timelinesPartner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to align goals, foster shared accountability, and drive engagementEnable realization of business capabilities, benefits, and KPIs through a value-driven approach that supports Deckers’ digital and data strategyLead governance and decision-making forums, driving alignment, risk management, and resource coordination across global teamsProactively identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and maintain transparency through portfolio reporting and executive updatesServe as a key liaison between business functions, data, and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaborationChampion standard processes and out-of-the-box capabilities, vetting customization requests with clear value casesDrive change adoption, accountability, and stakeholder alignment as a visible leadership presenceWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline (MBA or Master’s preferred)PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred; additional credentials in AI, automation, or Agile at scale are a plus10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years in senior roles leading complex, cross-functional programsDemonstrated leadership in managing large-scale, global, or enterprise-wide programsStrong command of hybrid program delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.)Skilled in aligning programs to business capability maps and strategic value initiativesExecutive presence and the ability to influence across senior levels of business and ITProven ability to influence across levels and functions without direct authorityExperience integrating automation, AI, and systems thinking into program frameworksExperience in the branded consumer products, retail, supply chain or apparel industry is highly desirableTrack record of managing global initiatives with distributed teams and diverse stakeholder groupsSystems thinking and strategic foresightStrong analytical, financial, and organizational skillsAdvanced communication and negotiation abilitiesExpertise in outcome-driven delivery and business capability enablementProficiency with Jira, Aha.io, Confluence, and program portfolio toolsHigh emotional intelligence and adaptability in complex environmentsCommitment to continuous learning and leveraging emerging technologies for program successWhat We'll Give You –Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
