Frederick Fox is hiring a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for a leading national mechanical services business. This is a critical hire—partnering directly with the President while mentoring a team and driving process improvements. Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Focus of the role Own monthly close (target: 3 business days) and ensure accurate reporting Strengthen cash flow and collections discipline Deliver profitability analysis that drives pricing and project strategy Build processes, develop the team, and modernize systems What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting + 5 - 7 years of related experience Background in construction or manufacturing finance (cost accounting expertise is key) ERP/automation skills (Spectrum experience a plus) Hands-on leadership style, strong business partnering ability Project accounting or plant controller experience preferred Degree in Accounting and CPA preferred If you want to make an immediate impact in a growing, project-driven environment—this is the role.
