Financial Services Collector

Extension is seeking a Financial Services Collector for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in a fully remote capacity (must be located in Southeastern WI or Dallas TX areas).About Our ClientGlobal leader in equipment and financial solutions supporting businesses across multiple industriesWell-established organization with strong market presence and stabilityOffers the opportunity to work on high-impact, asset-backed portfoliosFast-paced, results-driven environment with strong internal collaborationKey Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of secured, asset-backed B2B loan accounts in delinquency or defaultProactively contact business customers to identify issues and drive payment resolutionAnalyze financial statements, cash flow, and operational data to assess risk and recovery optionsDevelop and execute loan workout strategies (refinancing, amendments, repossession, liquidation)Partner with internal teams, distributors, landlords, and legal counsel on recovery effortsOversee repossession processes and assist in marketing/liquidating assets to maximize recoveryMaintain detailed documentation and provide regular portfolio performance updatesDesired Skills & Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in B2B collections, credit, portfolio management, or equipment financeStrong experience with secured, asset-backed receivables and tangible product financingBackground in AR with progression into collections highly valuedExperience with repossession, loan workouts, or asset liquidation a strong plusSolid understanding of finance, credit, and secured transactionsAbility to make independent, strategic collection decisionsSalary Information$80k - $105k/yearWe’re looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
