The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):Food, Service, Cleanliness standards target achievementSales target achievementProfit target achievementPeople leadership and management: learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining and keeping the high morale and engagement of store team.Store Operations Administration: store's adherence to the organization's operating systems and standards and compliance to all government and legal (law) requirements; financial analysis (profit & loss statement analysis); business planning and management presentations and reports.Job Requirements:Completed at least High school education.At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service/product quality standards in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResults-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptableComputer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookTHIS JOB IS FOR IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT.Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencing employment.
