Role Description We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role in Cerritos, CA, involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, presenting product features and benefits, and guiding them through the sales process. You will build and maintain positive customer relationships while meeting sales targets and contributing to a high-energy and collaborative team environment. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers effectively.Sales expertise, including negotiation, customer relationship management, and closing skills.Basic knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options preferred.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other digital tools to track leads and sales activities.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work proactively to achieve goals.A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
