The Plaza Rehab & Nursing Center - The Plaza is currently seeking a Full -Time CNA's for day (7am-3pm), evening ( 3pm-11pm) night ( 11pm-7am) AND Weekend shifts to join our dynamic organization.OVERVIEW:CNA is responsible for providing direct resident care including clinical, personal, nutritional and restorative care.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Help patients use the restroom· Clean and bathe patients or residents· Maintain patients' hygiene and change bedding· Turn, reposition, and move patients between wheelchairs, seats, and beds· Serve meals and help patients eat their food· Measure vital signs like blood pressure and temperature· Listen to patient's health concerns and report details to a RN or DoctorREQUIREMENTS:· Valid CNA License in the State of New York· CPR/BLS certified· Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a Long term care Facility.
