Our operational radius extends up to 35 miles or more from Downtown St. Louis. Starting compensation ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, contingent on experience. Regardless of your expertise level, whether a seasoned professional or a newcomer, we have available positions where your responsibilities will include: Working with machinery to position boulders, excavation, and related tasks. Manual handling and loading of materials weighing up to 100lbs. Assisting the foreman in pond maintenance procedures. Supporting the foreman in installation preparations, comprehending site tasks, paperwork, material gathering, tool management, truck loading, and maintenance. Contributing to the installation of our products while adhering to quality and safety standards, foreseeing next steps, accurately measuring and arranging tasks. Sustaining cleanliness and organization at the job site, maintaining and cleaning tools, and handling specialized equipment. For those new to the trade, we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
