Can you combine strong technical knowledge with clear communication, sound judgment, and an uncompromising approach to safety?The roleDP Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee non-industrial electrical installation projects across its field operations.This is a hands-on leadership position. You will work alongside electricians while coordinating daily activity, maintaining standards, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.You will be responsible for the quality of the work completed by your crew. You will also act as a key link between field teams, Project Managers, General Foremen, and other trades.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise electrical crews carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair workPlan daily activities, assign tasks, and provide clear instructionsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsEnsure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety requirementsMonitor progress, workmanship, schedules, and the use of laborIdentify site issues and resolve electrical problems promptlyCoordinate with project leadership and other tradesTrain, support, and mentor electricians and apprenticesManage tools, equipment, and materialsComplete daily reports and maintain accurate project recordsAbout our companyDP Electric is a commercial electrical contractor operating across Arizona and Texas.
