With a strong pipeline of work across the Midwest and an excellent reputation for quality and client relationships, this is an opportunity to join a business that continues to grow while maintaining a collaborative and people first culture.The company offers a hybrid working model with two days per week work from home and half day Fridays, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration and project delivery.The OpportunityThe Senior Project Manager will lead large scale projects from preconstruction through completion, managing internal project teams while working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the high standards and reputation the company has built within the market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead construction projects valued up to $100M+ from preconstruction through closeoutOversee project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and SuperintendentsManage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reportingDevelop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field leadershipLead owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination meetingsReview subcontractor scopes, manage procurement strategy, and oversee contract administrationIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget targetsEnsure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained across all phases of constructionBuild and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat businessProject PortfolioProjects typically range between $30M and $100M+ across sectors including:Light Industrial and Manufacturing FacilitiesMultifamily Residential DevelopmentsCommercial and Corporate Office BuildingsHospitality and Hotel ConstructionQualifications8 to 15+ years of experience within commercial constructionExperience managing ground up or large scale renovation projects valued $30M+Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams and mentor junior staffExperience working for a General Contractor in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacityStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and contract administrationDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($140,000- $175,000)Performance based bonusVehicle allowanceFull benefits packageHybrid flexibility with two days per week work from homeHalf day Fridays
