Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new leads while expanding an existing book of businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionalsDevelop referrals and identify new business opportunities within assigned territoriesManage and maintain accurate sales activity and client recordsPlan and execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and outreach effortsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryConduct quality checks and address client concerns promptlyAnalyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activityAttend networking events, trade shows, and industry programsPresent services, prepare proposals, and negotiate client agreementsProvide product training and ongoing client supportQualifications5–10 years of experience selling court reporting or litigation support services to law firmsEstablished network and proven ability to generate business within the legal communityStrong track record in sales, negotiation, and account managementExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
