This new recruiter will be assigned job searches with the firm's long established clients and will have direct access to decision makers.The firm does retained and contingent search with an average fee of 60k. You will be walking into a firm where you will be assigned 12-15 job reqs to work! These are priorty searches for their clients and most are exclusives. All tools needed to be successful are provided.
