Video Teller (Louisiana Licensed)

A company is looking for a PT Video Teller. Key Responsibilities Process transactions through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Maintain in-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services while ensuring compliance with quality standards Achieve performance goals and provide information and referrals to members seeking additional services Required Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience Prior experience in a video/remote environment and/or sales experience within a financial institution is preferred A high school education or GED Ability to adapt to new technology and work in multiple systems simultaneously Solid working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
