With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people.We are seeking an experience Vice President of Operations in the Southeast.Ideal candidates must reside in the following states to cover the region: North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and/or Florida to be considered.Position OverviewThe Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading a geographically assigned janitorial operations portfolio, with full accountability for service delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and people leadership. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations across the assigned book of business.Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Vice President serves as a senior operational leader and escalation point, driving performance, resolving complex issues, and strengthening client relationships.
