Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time)Location: Oconomowoc, WIPay: $17.75/hourSchedule: Part-time, every other weekend + 1-hour weekday staff meetingLutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is hiring Adult Residential Support Professionals for a new women's addictions recovery program in Oconomowoc. Our Recovery Center provides up to 30 beds for adult women receiving medically monitored and transitional residential treatment in a trauma-informed, gender-specific environment. Infants up to 3 months old may reside with mothers during treatment.As a Support Professional, you'll play a meaningful role helping residents maintain sobriety, follow program expectations, and build daily living skills in a safe, supportive setting.What You'll DoSupport and monitor residents while providing positive role modelingAssist with medication monitoring/administration per program policyComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and assist with meal preparationSupport residents with life skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies or crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments, meetings, or services as neededCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests (as required)Participate in staff meetings and required trainingsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredRelated experience in human services, behavioral health, or recovery support preferredAbility to work independently, problem-solve, and maintain professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful when working with diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving recordAdditional DetailsDHS 83 training preferred (can be completed after hire)Local travel required (up to 25–50% depending on role needs)LSS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
