Our new Fertilizer & Pest Control division is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled technician to help us deliver safe, sustainable, and effective treatments that protect and enhance our clients' landscapes.What You'll DoApply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to turf, ornamental beds, and plant material according to best practices and safety standardsDiagnose and treat plant health issues including nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseasesOperate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients and internal teamsCollaborate with account managers and crew leaders to ensure timely, effective service deliveryUphold safety protocols and environmental stewardship in all field operationsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in landscape fertilization and pest controlStrong knowledge of turf and ornamental plant care, common pests, and disease preventionClean and valid Florida driver's license (required)Florida CPCO license (preferred but not required)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and time management skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and licensingCompany vehicle and equipment for field operationsOpportunities for professional development and licensing supportA collaborative, growth-oriented team cultureFull benefits including health, dental, vision, life and 401K
