IT Hardware Engineer

Company Description We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware systems across multiple locations. Role Description Installation and configuration of NVR/server and CCTV systemsHardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosisNetwork support (basic LAN/WAN, IP configuration, ping test, etc.)Camera installation, wiring, and maintenanceSystem assembly and component replacement (HDD, RAM, SMPS, etc.)On-site support and issue resolutionRegular system health checks and preventive maintenanceCoordination with vendors (Tyco or others) for RMA and support Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support for hardware-related issuesStrong knowledge of Information Technology systems and functionalitiesExperience in Networking, including setting up, managing, and maintaining network infrastructuresUnderstanding of Network Security measures and methods to ensure a secure environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teamsRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
