You’ll be at the center of a high-tech, controlled environment agriculture (CEA) operation—where data, science, and precision come together to produce world-class crops.Be part of something new – Help launch and scale one of the most advanced greenhouse operations in the country (Manchester) or contribute to a massively expanded facility (McAdoo)Grow your career – Work alongside experienced Head Growers and leaders in a fast-scaling organization with real advancement opportunitiesWork at the intersection of agriculture + technology – Climate systems, hydroponics, data analysis, and plant science all in one roleMake a difference – Play a direct role in sustainable farming and feeding communities across the U.S.If you love plants, problem-solving, and working in an environment where no two days are the same—this is where you want to be.What You’ll DoYou’ll play a critical role in optimizing plant health and greenhouse performance—balancing science, systems, and hands-on execution.Monitor and adjust greenhouse conditions (temperature, humidity, irrigation, water chemistry) to ensure optimal plant growthPartner closely with the Head Grower to implement data-driven growing strategiesMix and apply fertilizers according to precise formulas and crop schedulesExecute integrated pest management (IPM), including tracking, reporting, and deploying biological controlsConduct daily inspections of greenhouse systems, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical or climate issuesAnalyze plant performance, environmental data, and system outputs to drive continuous improvementSupport food safety, quality, and compliance standards (GMP, HACCP)Participate in grower alignment meetings, trainings, and cross-functional collaborationStep in to support broader greenhouse operations as neededWhat You’ll BringExperience & Technical Skills3+ years of experience in controlled environment agriculture (CEA) or hydroponic crop productionExperience with climate control systems such as Ridder, Hoogendoorn, Priva, or ArgusStrong understanding of plant physiology, water chemistry, and growing systemsComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and system monitoring toolsLeafy greens experience is a plus—but not requiredEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field preferredWhat Sets You ApartYou’re both analytical and hands-on—equally comfortable with data and getting into the greenhouseYou think in systems and solve problems proactivelyYou’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou’re a strong communicator who can share knowledge and influence othersYou bring a positive attitude, accountability, and a true team mindsetAdditional RequirementsAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbsWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent situationsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorshipWhy You’ll Love Working HereOur people are our roots.
