This is more than a sales roleits an opportunity to grow your career with a purpose-driven company committed to advancing science for life./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliDrive sales of the AF Solutions portfolio to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets./liliSchedule and conduct sales calls with current and prospective customers to promote product solutions./liliAnalyze territory data and develop strategic action plans in collaboration with your Regional Sales Manager./liliProvide in-lab clinical support during procedures to understand physician workflows and optimize product use./liliDeliver product presentations and demonstrations across professional settings and platforms./liliBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, lab staff and purchasing teams./liliCreate pricing proposals that align with both customer needs and company policy./liliPartner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot customer issues and identify effective solutions./liliPromote therapy awareness through hospital events, conferences and local educational programs./li/ulpRequired qualifications:/pulliMinimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent experience/liliMinimum of two years experience in medical device or hospital-based sales (e.g., cardiology, cath lab or EP lab)/liliStrong clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills/liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly/liliWillingness to work flexible hours as needed/li/ulpPreferred qualifications:/pulliExperience in electrophysiology, structural heart or interventional cardiology/liliFamiliarity with device implantation procedures in cardiovascular settings/liliProven success working collaboratively within high-performance teams/liliCoachable, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback/li/ul/div
