The Dog Wizard offers Board & Trains, Private Lessons and Classes, as well as traditional boarding and daycare.We are seeking a qualified individual who is career-minded, loves problem-solving, and has strong leadership skills to add to our already amazing team. The ability to provide stellar customer service and professionalism is a must, and sales experience is preferred.Are You Looking ToAchieve a career that makes a difference in the lives of families and their dog's lives?Grow your knowledge of the dog training business and have a willingness to learn.Utilize your leadership skills to help our team grow.Aid in sales and team development, using your excellent communication skills?Your Specific Duties Would IncludeMeeting goals by converting evals, lunch and learns, vet visits, scheduling events, local marketing overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility, including the kennel, doing lead evals, following up on leads weekly staff meetings supply ordering staying within budgets/monitoring spending/paying billsMonitoring employee performance/coaching/training/annual performance reviews and ensuring all employees are following all policies, procedures, and protocolsPayrollStaffing/interviewing/hiring/firingWeekly/monthly reports as requested by upper management Oversee vehicle maintenance- notify upper management of repairs needed, insurance expiration, tags expiring, etc. Responsible for making sure vehicles are being taken care of, clean, and in acceptable and presentable conditions.Facility maintenance-keep areas clean and safe. Notify upper management of any major maintenance needed and schedule accordinglyCommunicating with upper management regarding any concerns/incidents/problems immediatelyExperienceDog Training experience is required.
