Commercial Roofing Estimator Job Description In this position the successful candidate will prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects. A detailed understanding of various roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, and PVC is preferred but can be learned. The ideal candidate will also provide assistance to the Project Managers and Operations Management as it relates to bidding, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities. OIR is willing to train an individual that aligns with our core values. Estimating, tracking budget expenses, planning and verbal communication are all key skills needed for this position.
