Our approach in the SNF setting is simple: deliver high-quality care while helping each patient regain function and safely transition to the next level of care.We're a people-first organization-leading with integrity, empowering people, and delivering outcomes.What You'll Do:Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility and independenceAssist with transfer training and functional movementWork with patients across a range of clinical complexitiesCollaborate with a supportive therapy team focused on patient-centered careWhat We're Looking For:Current Wyoming PTA license in good standingAssociate degree from an accredited programOrganized, self-motivated, and team-orientedA genuine passion for working with the geriatric populationExperience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred but not required.
