In this full-time floating role, you will support two apartment communities while helping ensure the physical aspects of the properties meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.As The Service Technician, You Will Help ToTroubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairsPerform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeepComplete make-readies and maintain curb appeal and grounds cleanlinessRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concernsCommunicate clearly with residents, office staff, and the Multi-Site Service Manager regarding repairs and updatesWork independently on-site while effectively managing daily responsibilities and prioritiesCandidates should have 2–3 years of apartment maintenance or related industry experience and be comfortable working independently across multiple sites.Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge are highly preferred.Compensation & IncentivesBase Pay: $21–$24/hourUp to 50% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 quarterlyOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leaveHours & ScheduleMonday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSlate Run coverage: Tuesday – ThursdayCommons at Kettering coverage: Monday, Wednesday, FridayPaid rotating on-call participation required (2 weeks on / 1 month off)Must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed*Schedule subject to change based on business needsWhat We’ll Expect From YouActive, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle2–3 years of apartment maintenance or related industry experience preferredStrong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple propertiesStrong customer service and communication skillsHVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not requiredTechnology proficiency and ability to complete digital work orders accuratelyWe’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and motivated to deliver excellent service while helping maintain quality apartment homes for our residents.#AC5043If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.Get To Know UsEstablished in 1985 by Mitchell Morgan, Morgan Properties is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
