Airport Rental Agent - Part-Time (Evenings)

DescriptionWe have openings for a couple part-time Rental Agents for evenings at the airport in Grand Island. This role would be closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. Open availability is preferred for evening hours.Budget has a team oriented and collaborative culture that values rewarding individual contribution. Rental Agents make a base rate plus commissions. We also offer benefits including PTO, Sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, and Holiday Pay.Job DutiesGreet customers and address customer inquiriesPerform sales and educate customers on product detailsPerform vehicle exchanges and extensionsInspect incoming vehicles for new damageReport damages to on-duty supervisorsScan returning vehicles back into systemProvide computerized receipts to customerMaintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experienceProfessional communication skillsProblem resolution experienceMinimum age of 18Valid driver's licenseClean driving record
