Compensation
Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year with incentive-driven bonus plan
Responsibilities
Lead restaurant operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Manage team performance, staffing, training, and development to build a high-performing culture.
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and guest experience.
Qualifications
Experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve operational and financial goals through effective team management.
