Gastroenterology Physician

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our team in Pennsylvania, offering locum tenens coverage for 7 days per block. The role will involve one or two weeks of coverage per month, with specific scheduled dates. This opportunity offers flexibility in scheduling, and we are looking for a provider who can offer consistent, high-quality care for both inpatient and outpatient services.Responsibilities 1:4 call rotation or up to 3 weeks/month 24-hour call and rounding (Friday 5 PM Friday 5 PM) 14 estimated shifts per month Morning rounds starting at 8:00 AM with PA collaboration Perform 4 6 outpatient procedures daily (primarily screening colonoscopies) Weekday APP support (8 AM 5 PM, no weekends) Nights & weekends: physician works independently RequirementsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in GastroenterologyMinimum of 1 year of experienceMust hold an active Pennsylvania State LicenseCertifications Required: ACLS, BLS.DEA Required: Yes
