This position requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a visible deterrent presence while conducting routine foot patrols throughout the property.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the high-rise propertyMonitor lobbies, amenities, parking areas, and common spacesControl access points and verify resident and guest credentialsEnforce property policies and building rulesRespond promptly to incidents, alarms, and resident concernsWrite detailed, accurate incident and activity reportsMaintain professional communication with property managementProvide high-level customer service while maintaining security standardsMonitor CCTV systems when assigned QualificationsValid Guard CardPrevious security experience preferred (luxury residential or high-rise experience a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsStrong situational awareness and decision-making skillsReliable, punctual, and dependableCertification RequirementsGuard Card Additional Information / BenefitsPaid HolidaysDental InsurancePaid Sick DaysMedical Insurance
