Solar Module Sales Manager

Job responsibilities:1) Responsible for photovoltaic module sales and channel expansion in the European region, achieving annual sales volume, revenue collection, and market share targets;2) Develop relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, power station investors, and utility customers; maintain core customer relationships, and enhance repeat purchases and customer satisfaction;3) Monitor European photovoltaic policies, certifications, electricity prices, competitive product prices, and trends, and produce regional market reports;4) Complete inquiry and quotation, business negotiation, contract signing, order follow-up, shipment coordination, and payment collection independently;5) Participate in overseas exhibitions such as Intersolar, implement localized promotion, and enhance brand influence;6) Integrate production, supply chain, technology, and after-sales services to ensure closed-loop delivery and problem resolution;7) Comply with European trade rules, foreign exchange and export compliance, and control order and credit risks;8) Other matters assigned by superior leaders;Ability requirements:1) Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, marketing, new energy, electrical engineering, or related fields; 2 years or more of overseas sales experience in photovoltaic modules/products;2) Fluent in English (business negotiation + written + oral), able to use English as a working language, proficient in any of the minor European languages such as German/French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch;3) Familiar with the European photovoltaic market, energy policies, distribution models, and the entire B2B foreign trade process;4) Possess the ability to independently attract customers, negotiate quotations, operate projects, and control risks;5) Proficient in using Office/CRM/email tools, capable of crafting professional business plans; 6) Result-oriented, with strong resilience to pressure, outstanding self-motivation and execution ability, integrity and rigor, compliance awareness, and teamwork spirit;7) Strong cross-cultural communication skills, and adaptability to frequent overseas business trips/residence;
