An AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with at least 2-3 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating employment law cases, including matters involving covenants not to compete and trade secret disputes, as well as providing day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law (e.g., terminations, leaves of absence, internal investigations, reductions in force, as well as reviewing and drafting policies), and advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.Candidates must be members of the Washington Bar. Must have experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling.
