This includes developing and presenting implementation plans, delivering targeted professional learning to educators, analyzing assessment and instructional data, and partnering directly with school and district leaders throughout the year. In addition, this position works closely with sales, partner success, and other Curriculum Associates professionals to ensure strong implementations while supporting the team.The impact you'll have:Interviewing, hiring, and retaining PL team members with support and guidance from PL LeadershipImplementing company/regional/state objectives and determining how to use resources to meet schedules and goalsModeling, communicating clearly, and leading high stakes sessions/conversations to embody and set the tone for the quality of professional learningMonitoring individual and team performance metrics to ensure an equitable balance across the team while meeting business demand and team goals (i.e., account ownership responsibilities)Partnering with PL managers in the region to effectively assess regional demand and growth opportunities throughout the teamCollaborating with leaders and members of the IST to establish and implement strategies for meeting regional goals through consistent best practice and accountabilityManaging efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding, coaching, and ongoing building of capacity for the teamConducting observations for team including informal pre-meetings, observations, personal debrief, and ongoing goal setting and feedbackFacilitating performance evaluations, improvement plan discussions, and regular check-ins to ensure customers are receiving quality outcome-based professional learning focused on impacting student and teacher practiceOngoing monitoring of business demand versus team capacity to make staffing recommendationsManaging expense approvals, time sheets, time off requests, and other record-keeping responsibilities of the team to ensure compliance with company policies and best practicesPartnering with PL Operations in the management and scheduling process of shift assignments, as neededServing as a strong contributor within internal teams to identify barriers to implementation, propose solutions internally and externally, and escalate when neededRepresenting PL leadership on Implementation Service Teams (ISTs)Ensuring quality participation of PL attendees during ISTsPartnering with sales and partner success counterparts to support new and existing business by ensuring PL participation in presentations and strategic meetings (i.e., Beginning, Mid, and End-of Year, pilots)Building and maintaining strong and influential relationships with district leader and/or site leadersMaintaining knowledge of multiple products and facilitation best practicesWorking closely with internal teams to drive, develop and facilitate internal professional learning to PL and other internal partners through in-person training, on-site support, virtual training, and TalentLMS courses (i.e. PD Academy and Bootcamps)Serving as an ambassador for Curriculum Associates, exemplifying the company’s mission-driven approach and commitment to creating better classrooms for students and teachersNote: The essential duties are intended to describe the general content and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Specific responsibilities and assignments will be provided by the incumbent’s manager.Who we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience managing a team responsible for complex district-wide implementations of educational technology programs2+ years of experience coaching teachers, delivering professional learning and support, analyzing assessment data, and working directly with school and district leaders2+ years of teaching experienceEvidence of high-quality observation and feedback coaching to elevate individual and team performanceExperience in development, training, and accountability for teams on policies, procedures, and best practicesAbility to manage, monitor, evaluate, and ensure integrity of program implementationsAbility to provide high-quality classroom coaching to ensure teachers have the skills necessary to deliver CA solutions effectivelyPossess a high degree of comfort engaging in conversations on driving implementation fidelity with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership levelsGrowth mindset, with commitment to ongoing learning and willingness to be flexible to meet evolving educator and team needsEvidence of collaboration/relationship building with leadership and colleaguesEvidence of independence and completion of assigned projectsProven organization skills, high attention to details, and superior time management that results in effectively completing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriatelyAbility to compile data from various sources, create documentation of analysis and recommendations, and present findings to internal leadersExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift 50lbs (travel and printed materials) and stand for extended periods of timeNot required, but we’d like to see:Successfully leading remote teamsProficient in multiple business programs (i.e., SalesForce, Power Bi, Domo, Quantum, LMS, Outlook, Excel, Word, Ppt)Pay Range: This role’s range is $81,500 - 139,500.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.Benefits: Benefit eligible employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Travel includes overnight stays at hotels and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation. Throughout the year, this percentage can range from remaining local with no overnight travel to being as high as 50% overnight travel.During high demand time or acute business need, travel could be as high as 80%. Additionally, a valid driver's license is required for this role.Location: Candidates must either currently live in or be open to relocating to the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This position will be required to manage teams that cover the Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada/WEST REGION area to provide live support to districts and build internal capacity across the region. Candidates must have their own transportation as this role requires considerable travel beyond the posted location.
