Forward Deployed Engineer | Hybrid (3 days a week) | Up to $220KA high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring a Tech-Focused Solutions Engineer to lead custom technical projects for clients. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with client engagement — perfect for engineers who love solving complex problems with real business impact.What You’ll DoWork with clients to understand needs and build tailored solutions.Develop custom connectors, apps, and workflows using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, Go, or C/C++.Own projects from discovery through deployment.Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams.What We’re Looking For4+ years of software engineering experience.Strong coding and SQL/data modeling skills.Excellent communication and project management.Experience in customer-facing roles.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Compensation: Up to $220K base + equityFull company details shared during interview process.
