Light Duty Tow Operator

Stepp's Towing & Heavy Transport is looking to add Light Duty Tow Operators to our team! We value a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.No Slip Seating - Keep Your Assigned Truck!All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.Essential FunctionsRespond promptly to accidents, vehicle breakdowns, and roadside emergencies.Communicate effectively with motorists while en route to service calls.Carry out minor repairs or tow vehicles to repair facilities as needed.Safely secure and transport vehicles on your truck.Remove vehicles parked in unauthorized locations.Physical RequirementsLifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbingSignificant physical strength and staminaKey BehaviorsPassionate, motivated, and open to growth and challenges.Proactively build customer relationships and provide thoughtful solutions.Maintain a professional appearance and represent Stepp's with pride.Strive for continuous improvement by embracing new tools and processes.Demonstrate respect toward co-workers and foster a positive team environment.Promote opportunities within the company and through referrals.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience requiredPrior towing experience or related field preferred but not required!
