Job Summary
American Concrete Repair LLC is looking for a reliable, hard-working Concrete Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field role focused on lifting, sealing, and repairing concrete for residential and commercial properties. You’ll help fix trip hazards, seal joints and cracks, install floor coatings and restore surfaces using safe, proven techniques. Responsibility's
Drive work trucks to and from job sites; assist with trailer setup and navigation.
Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers on-site.
Use power tools and hand tools, including grinders and heavy-duty equipment like the Husqvarna 970, to perform lifting, sealing, and surface prep.
Troubleshoot and adapt to unexpected site conditions or repair needs.
Assist with mudjacking/concrete lifting, joint sealing, crack repair, cosmetic surface repairs and surface overlay installations.
Safely mix and apply sealants, polyurethane foam, fillers, epoxies, resins and bonding materials,
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
Perform basic mechanical tasks; must be mechanically inclined and able to learn quickly
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship.
Coordinate with team members and supervisor to complete jobs efficiently and to high standards
Qualifications
Prior experience in construction or concrete repair required
Physically able to lift 60+ lbs and work 8–16 hour shifts outdoors and indoors.
Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required but preferred)
Experience pulling and backing trailers.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record if operating a company vehicle.
Must be punctual, reliable, and take pride in craftsmanship
Willing to learn, follow directions, and work well with a team
Work Schedule
Typical Start: 7:00 AM
Days: 4–6 days/week, weather dependent
Hours: 8–12 hours/day
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
