Position: Account Executive
Location: Hybrid -Minnetonka, MN office.

Account Executive - Position Summary:
Infinity Direct is seeking an Account Executive in a hybrid work environment officing in our Minnetonka, MN, location. You will be the main contact for multiple clients, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing projects, and providing the best client experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage campaigns by serving as liaison to internal departments and vendor partners to coordinate/execute all strategy, creative, data, direct mail, email, digital production activities and projects.
Manage day-to-day client interactions.
Develops project timelines and communicates effectively between client and internal team to achieve goals by deadline.
Manage estimates and budgets, complete programs within estimated hours and costs, complete final invoicing.
Negotiate with vendors on pricing and timelines.
Manage the creative development and production process for all campaign deliverables, including marketing direct mail and email.
Leads the creative development, writes creative briefs, presents to clients in partnership with the Creative Director, routes changes internally and manages with client, ensuring accuracy of content.
Works with the internal data and insights team to guide/manage client projects.
Prepare data processing and production instructions and perform audits.
Reviews proofs.
Present campaign results to client.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualities and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
5+ years agency or client-side experience with managing integrated direct marketing campaigns. Direct mail and email experience a must.
Attention to detail along with strong organization, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills required.
General knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies.
Strong working knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in managing projects and collaborating as part of a team.
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
