You’ll bring technical precision and leadership to a growing firm that values expertise, innovation, and collaboration.Why Join Us Make a lasting impact on critical infrastructure projectsWork with a supportive, experienced team that values mentorship and growthLead a mix of public and private sector work across diverse environmentsGain exposure to innovative tools including Trimble, AutoCAD, and GIS technologiesFlexible schedule and autonomy in your workWhat You’ll Do Serve as the project lead on land surveying assignments from planning to deliveryReview and interpret field data, legal documents, and historical recordsPrepare plats, maps, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits to jurisdictional standardsSupervise and mentor field crews and junior office staffCommunicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleConduct property and boundary research, prepare proposals, and manage budgets/schedulesOperate survey equipment and use drafting software to complete deliverablesEnsure quality control and compliance with local/state requirementsWhat You Bring 6+ years of experience in land surveying (civil or infrastructure focus preferred)Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Trimble Access/Survey Pro, and Trimble Business CenterAbility to lead projects independently and manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of local survey laws, mapping, and subdivision practicesValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications PLS license or LS, LSITBachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience working with public agencies and private development firms
