Innovation Support Analyst Highlights Pay for this position: $30.40 per hour Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm local time (flexibility needed for occasional earlier/later meetings) Remote position: Yes (quiet, dedicated workspace required) Candidate may be asked to travel/come onsite as needed (travel is expense-eligible) Wi‑Fi speed screenshot required Employment type: Temporary/Contract , 40 hours/week Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational and project support for innovation pilots and solution deployments within Asset Protection Prepare and deliver weekly project progress updates Manage vendor quotes and support purchase order (PO) creation Assist with vendor scope outlines as needed Coordinate vendor/status meetings: build agendas , track action items , follow up on deliverables Support field/store communications before and after go-live; respond to field inquiries and route issues to appropriate owners Perform post-deployment validation , including CCTV image audits to validate image quality/solution performance Requirements 3–5 years of experience in project coordination / operational support Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams with strong organization and follow-through Vendor coordination experience (including meeting coordination/action item tracking) Experience supporting quotes/POs (or similar procurement support) Strong written/verbal communication (field-facing communications) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Teams also referenced) Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience required Preferred Experience supporting retail operations, Asset Protection, or technology pilots Familiarity with vendor management / procurement processes Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) a plus Oracle or SQL experience is a strong plus (not required) Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
