Join us in redefining excellence in the hospitality industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Cuisine role based in Edison, NJ. The Chef De Cuisine will lead the culinary team, manage kitchen operations, plan and curate menus, and ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards. This position involves overseeing food preparation, maintaining inventory and cost control, training and mentoring kitchen staff, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Chef De Cuisine will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative dishes that align with the Arora Hospitality Group’s vision for culinary excellence. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, recipe development, and food presentationLeadership and team management experience, with an ability to train and mentor staff effectivelyExpertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and cost controlKnowledge of food safety, health regulations, and sanitation standardsProblem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organization, and time management abilitiesCulinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferredPrevious experience in high-volume or fine-dining establishments is a plus
