This role is ideal for candidates with data entry experience, procurement background, or prior work in ticketing, event sales, or live entertainment. Responsibilities Perform daily inventory procurement and order processing across multiple live event platforms. Enter and maintain accurate data in Google Sheets, Excel, and company systems. Monitor ticket inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and provide order support. Communicate with marketplaces, vendors, and internal team members to resolve issues. Assist with reporting, documentation, and data quality control. Support special projects in operations, purchasing, and event management. Qualifications Preferred: Prior experience in event ticketing, e-commerce purchasing, or high-volume data entry. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel required). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
