Director of Implementation

Location: 1701 Barrett Lakes Blvd, St 150, Kennesaw, GA 30144Position Title: Director, Implementation The Director of Implementation, reporting to the VP of Client Solutions, is responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of clients across both medical (TPA) and pharmacy (RX) services.This role ensures a seamless, accurate, and efficient implementation experience that sets the foundation for long-term client success. The Director will establish scalable processes, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead a high-performing team to deliver consistent, high-quality implementations in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation across TPA and RX, ensuring accurate and timely execution.Establish and maintain standardized implementation processes to support scalability and consistency. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple implementations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Operations, Clinical, IT) to ensure alignment and readiness for go-live. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle. Monitor performance metrics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accountability and transparency. Evaluate and improve workflows, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and visibility. Lead post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen future implementations. Support a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing account management. Build and develop a high-performing implementation team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
