We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our senior living community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk. Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions. Perform clerical duties as assigned. Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents Shift weekend 9am-5:30pm Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and dependable demeanor Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred A genuine passion for working with and serving seniors $14 - $14 an hour Why Join Spring Oak Spring Oak offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
