Tech & Data Transactions Associate

BCLP is seeking a sharp mid-level associate (3–5 years) to join our Technology & Data practice in Denver/Boulder, San Francisco, or New York. The role focuses on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and technology transactions across diverse industries. You will draft and negotiate complex technology agreements, advise on global privacy laws, and support cross-border data transfers, AI-enabled contracting, and M&A matters.
