Overview: Role: Devops Engineer Location: Woonsocket, RI Duration: 6 months Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.Collaborate with development teams to deploy and monitor Java Spring Boot applications.Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices for scalability, security, and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance monitoring using modern DevOps practices.Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.Strong expertise with Ansible and Terraform.Solid programming knowledge of Java and Spring Boot frameworks.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Good understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice to HaveExperience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.Exposure to scripting languages (Python, Shell, Groovy).
