Other administrative responsibilities to include data entry, supply management, and content review and development. Coordinator will visit operating areas to foster relationships, communication, and connection. Update training tools and checklists as needed. Track and monitor the journey of team members learning and development.Team Member Recognition and Reward TrackingTrack and report out on usage of Orange at Heart Recognition Points as well as other company-wide recognition initiatives. Partner with Human Resources to define intent vs. impact of recognition across all departments. Facilitate Leadership Recognition Training Courses and monitor a Recognition Roadmap for resort-wide programs to include awards nominations, Employee of the Month, Quarterly Awards, and Service Anniversaries and Milestones.Communication and EvaluationAssist with regular cadence of internal communication channels. Maintain Training Portal and course registration form. Partner with Training Manager to evaluate metrics and determine content design and delivery strategies. Assist with creation of pre-class and post-class surveying that leverages evaluation techniques and Kirkpatrick feedback model.Safety and ComplianceAssist Training Managers with the tracking, implementation, and reporting of safety and compliance standards resort wide. Ordering of supplies and workbooks to support learning and compliance. Partnership with Risk Management and Security to assure proper trainings are in place for team members across all disciplines.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position. The incumbent is expected to perform other duties necessary for the effective operation of the department.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesIndirect supervision of budget and related events(N/A for direct report supervision)EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEAssociates Degree or higher in Hospitality, Human Resources, or related field preferred. One year of experience in hospitality or resort operations preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSCertifications in professional organization and discipline specific licenses preferred. QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, and minimum of 4 years of driving experience. May not have any Type A violations in the last three (3) years; (which include, but are not limited to, DWI, DUI, refusing a substance test, driving with an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, hit and run, fleeing a police officer, racing, driving while license is revoked or suspended, manslaughter or any felony)May not have more than two (2) Type B moving violations in the last three (3) years; (includes most driving violations such as speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield or obey a traffic signal or sign, license suspension or at fault accidents. May not have more than one at-fault accident within last three (3) years; andMay not have one (1) Type B moving violation and one (1) at-fault accident within three (3) years. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills along with computer skills. Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel.)One year of experience in classroom facilitation, instructional design, or equivalent preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. May be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate tools and motor vehicles. Must be able to lift between thirty to fifty pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. Will be exposed to various industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, etc. May be exposed to strong odors, and loud noise levels.WORK SCHEDULE/HOURSSchedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
