The Software Engineer will contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and partner closely with product, architecture, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.Key Responsibilities"Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dataverse solutions aligned to enterprise standards and business requirements."Build and support custom CRM plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET / C#"Customize and extend Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles"Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs"Participate in application modernization efforts, including remediation of legacy customizations toward out of the box and platform aligned capabilities (e.g., PCF where applicable)"Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with Wells Fargo architecture, security, and risk management standards"Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release activities using enterprise-approved tools (e.g., Git)"Participate in code reviews, defect remediation, and production support"Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team"Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo policies related to information security, data privacy, and SDLC governanceRequired Qualifications"4+ years of experience in software engineering and application development"Hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions"Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Visual Studio"Experience building CRM plugins, custom workflows, and SDK/API-based extensions"Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts"Understanding of RESTful services and enterprise system integrations"Experience working in an enterprise SDLC environmentDesired Qualifications"Experience with CRM Online / Dataverse and cloud-based Dynamics deployments"Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, PCF)"Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices"Experience working in regulated or financial services environments"Strong understanding of application security, compliance, and risk controlsJob Expectations"Ability to work effectively in a regulated, highly governed technology environment"Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams"Commitment to quality, maintainability, and secure design"Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving CRM and platform capabilities"
