This is a 3–4 month contract role partnering closely with internal functional leaders and an external professional services outsourcing firm to translate approved strategy into execution‐ready plans. The role is planning‐, coordination‐, and governance‐focused—not technical project delivery or process redesign.Organizational StructureFunction: Transformation Management Office (TMO)Position: Project Manager (Contract)Working Model: Cross‐functional, enterprise‐wide collaboration across SG&A functionsExternal Partnership: Professional Services / BPO providerKey ResponsibilitiesConvert Phase 2 strategy into execution‐ready plans by translating a near‐final roadmap into clear work‐back schedules, ownership models, and milestones following Executive Committee approval.Coordinate offshore and BPO readiness across SG&A by validating net‐new scope, aligning with the professional services outsourcing firm and internal leadership, and confirming which services are ready to transition.Lead diligence and planning documentation to support executive decision‐making, including SOP inventories, resource assumptions, and people impact considerations (without redesigning or implementing processes).Operate as a dedicated GSS / TMO lead, providing cross‐functional coordination, governance, and executive‐level visibility.Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions to accelerate readiness for a scalable global shared services center (SSC).Required Qualifications (Must‐Haves)Prior Project Management experience supporting BPO, shared services, or outsourcing initiatives.Strong familiarity with BPO readiness activities (scope validation, transition planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination).Experience working with professional services or outsourcing firms.Non‐technical PM profile with the ability to work across functions, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.Strong communication, planning, and executive‐facing presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications (Nice‐to‐Haves)Experience in a Transformation Management Office (TMO), Global Shared Services (GSS), or enterprise transformation environment.Exposure to SG&A functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT).Experience supporting global or offshore operating models.Contract DetailsDuration: 3–4 monthsRate: $65–$90 per hour, depending on experienceEngagement Type: Contract / Project‐basedThe salary range for this position is $65 to $90/hr.
